About Us

My name is Raymond McConico Sr., and I am a senior inspector with S.M.I. Home Inspections, located in Bolingbrook, IL. I have been a licensed home inspector in Illinois since 2010. I am a current member of the NIC-ASHI Association and have performed hundreds of inspections for my clients and multiple inspections for some repeat customers as well. 
What makes a good home inspector is someone that listens to his client’s concerns, someone that welcomes questions, someone that has an eye for details and can point out potential issues for my clients before they become problems in the future.
